Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy

At FactorySe, we partner directly with manufacturers to bring quality products straight from factories to your home. If something isn’t right, we’ll help—please review the conditions below.
1) What’s eligible
You can request a return/replacement if you receive:

Damaged on delivery

Defective / not working as described
-
Wrong item or missing parts
Return window: within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: a continuous unboxing video showing the parcel from unopened state to full inspection, plus clear photos of the issue. Requests raised after 48 hours or without the video may be declined.
2) What’s not returnable (unless damaged/defective on arrival)

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear, personal care/beauty, grooming tools once used)

Consumables
-
Custom/engraved items
-
Items with serial/IMEI mismatch or tampered labels

Products used/installed/modified after delivery, or damaged due to misuse, incorrect voltage, improper handling, or unauthorised repairs
3) Item condition for returns
Items must be unused and returned with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories/freebies. Please pack securely to avoid transit damage.
4) How to raise a request (within 48h)

5) Return pickup & shipping costs

We arrange reverse pickup where available; otherwise, we may ask you to self-ship to our returns address and share the receipt.

Return shipping is customer-borne unless the issue is verified as our error (damaged/defective/wrong item).

If pickup attempts fail repeatedly due to unavailability/packaging issues, we may close the request.
6) Inspection & resolution timeline

After the item reaches us, allow up to 7 business days for quality inspection.

If approved, we’ll process one of the following (based on your preference and stock):
a) Replacement of the same item
b) Store credit (valid 6 months)
c) Refund to original payment method -
If the item fails inspection (signs of use, missing parts, damage not as claimed), we’ll return it to you.
7) Cancellations, RTO & refused deliveries

Cancellation: You may cancel before dispatch by contacting support; prepaid orders are refunded to the original method. After dispatch, cancellations aren’t possible—use the returns process after delivery (where eligible).

RTO / Refused delivery / Incorrect address: If a parcel returns because the address/pincode/phone was incorrect, repeated attempts failed, or delivery was refused, we may deduct two-way shipping plus up to 10% restocking from any refund.
8) Refund method & timelines

Prepaid orders: Refunds go to the original payment method (UPI/cards/net-banking/wallet). Banks/gateways typically take 3–7 business days to reflect the credit after we issue it.

COD orders: Refunds are issued as store credit by default, or via bank transfer/UPI on request (please share account/UPI details; processing may take 3–5 business days after approval).

Shipping fees, COD charges, and any add-on services are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
9) Exchanges (size/color)
Where the same item/variant is in stock, we’ll try to arrange a replacement. If not available, choose store credit or refund as per §6–§8.
10) Bundles / freebies
For bundles or orders with freebies, the entire bundle may need to be returned, or the freebie value may be deducted if the main item is kept. We’ll guide you during the request.
11) Warranty & after-sales
Some products may carry brand/manufacturer warranty. For issues arising after use or beyond the 48-hour window, please contact the brand’s service centre (where applicable). We’ll help with guidance.
12) Fraud & abuse
We may refuse/limit returns and block accounts where abuse is suspected (serial returns, tampered products, inconsistent evidence, etc.).
13) Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
