1) Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 0-2 business days (most ship within 48 hours).

  • During sale periods or unforeseen logistics issues, dispatch may take a bit longer.

  • You’ll receive tracking details by email/SMS as soon as your order ships.

2) Delivery Timelines (after dispatch)

  • Typical transit time is 2 –7 business days depending on pincode and courier network capacity.

  • Remote/ODA locations may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

3) Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on orders ₹799 and above.

  • Orders below ₹799: ₹79 standard shipping fee.

  • All prices on our website are tax-inclusive.

4) Serviceability & Couriers

  • We currently ship within India only.

  • Use the “Check Delivery” pincode checker on the product page to confirm serviceability and estimated timelines.

  • We ship via trusted courier partners; tracking links are shared automatically.

5) Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for eligible pincodes.

  • We may verify COD orders by WhatsApp/IVR/OTP; unverified orders may be cancelled.

  • For high-value COD, we may request a pre-confirmation or advise a prepaid payment to reduce RTO risk.

6) Address Accuracy & Delivery Attempts

  • Please ensure your name, address, landmark, and phone are correct.

  • If a shipment returns (RTO) due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, repeated failed attempts, or delivery refusal, we may deduct two-way shipping and up to 10% restocking from any refund (refer to our Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy).

7) Split Shipments

  • To speed up delivery, items in the same order may ship in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers.

8) Damages / Missing Items on Delivery

  • If you receive a damaged/defective/wrong item or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video (from unopened package to full inspection) and clear photos.

  • After inspection, resolutions include replacement, store credit, or refund as per our Refunds, Returns & Replacements Policy.

9) Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can cancel or modify your order before dispatch by contacting support.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible—please use the returns process after delivery (where eligible).

10) Holidays & Force Majeure

  • Dispatch/courier operations pause on Sundays/public holidays and during events beyond our control (extreme weather, strikes, etc.). We resume at the earliest.
